Playing in the Snow

We got some snow this morning, it wasn't much but it was enough for Lindy and Dustin to go out and play for a little bit.

Ready to go play

After the dusting of snow on Christmas eve had melted down a bit.

Christmas
We opened our presents this morning.

Here is Lindy, who named her first present Sara

Books are some of Lindy's favorite ways to prolong the bedtime routine.

Monkey sheets are quite appropriate for our little monkey

Lindy gave us all a thorough checkup today with her doctor play set. :)

A new waffle iron. We had the old one since we got married and had been needing one that worked a little better.

Dustin got a new mouse and a pair of slippers.

I opened my present with a little help, :) ( a pair of tennis shoes)

Here is Lindy opening her Dora tricycle.

And here she is riding it, she needs some practice, but she is already having fun.

Baby it's cold outside!

Winter is in full swing in Boise, ID.

We are still fascinated by the snow. We don't get too much here in Boise, but we have fun with the occasional dusting that we get.

Our neighborhood covered with snow.

Merry Christmas everybody! This is our family Christmas picture.

I think this was take 7,486, but it could have been one of the other ones.

Bianca obviously really getting into the holiday spirit.

Micron Christmas Party

Every year Micron puts on a Christmas Party for the kids of the employees, we went and had a great time.
It was held in the Idaho Center in Nampa. They held it for four nights and this wasn't even the busiest of them.

Bianca, however was not too excited. In fact, all the white noise of the crowd did a good job of lulling her to sleep.

Lindy had probably the most fun. This is her on one of the air rides she was able to ride.

This is her on a climbing wall she really wanted to conquer, but her reach was quite a bit too short. She also had fun playing the booth games they had set up. She didn't quite follow the rules of most of them, but celebrated more than anyone else there when she would receive her consolation prize. Santa Claus was also interesting. The kids went through a sort of maze and at the end got to sit on Santa's lap. Well, Lindy just walked through were Santa was sitting, waved to him and went on her way. When we asked her if she wanted to sit on his lap, she politely said "no" in her usual way. Afterwards she kept saying "wanna go 'nother Crimmas pardee."

Bianca's Blessing

This past Sunday we were able to bless Bianca. Thanks to everyone that could make it. We all had a great time.
